Clinical and Research Background
Dr. Reddi is based at both the UW Medical Center - Montlake and Northwest campuses, and SCCA. She is part of the gastrointestinal and hematopathology subspecialty services. She is the site pathologist for the ColoCare Consortium Project.
She worked as a Howard Hughes medical intern at the National Institute of Health on p63 isoform, ΔNp63α. Dr. Reddi’s current research areas include: (1) Machine learning and novel prognostic and diagnostic markers for Barrett esophagus (BE); (2) Novel imaging methods for BE; (3) ColoCare Consortium Project, a multi-center study of prognostic and predictive biomarkers in colorectal cancer; (4) Fred Hutch TCR clinical trials.
