Clinical and Research Background
Dr. Yoda is an acting assistant professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, specializing in cytopathology and neuropathology. She completed her medical training, anatomic pathology residency, and neuropathology and cytopathology fellowships at the University of Washington. Her research interests include oncologic neuropathology, particularly the molecular underpinnings of gliomagenesis and effects of cancer treatment on the brain, as well as areas of intersection between cytopathology and neuropathology, such as CSF and ophthalmic FNA cytology.
