UW-MT: send to Microbiology Lab HMC: send to HMC Microbiology Lab (test will be forwarded to UW-MT)

Processing
Mix urine well and aliquot 1mL into plastic vial. Refrigerate.
Stability: Refrigerated (preferred) 14 days; Room Temperature 24 hours.
Frozen specimens are acceptable.
