1) Explain why sequencing tumor first may be better than sequential screening for Lynch Syndrome
2) Describe how evidence from tumors can help classify germline variants
3) Compare patient driven and researcher driven strategies for familial variant classification

These locations will have a sign-in sheet for CME credit. The talk is streamed via Zoom the first time using Zoom you will be directed to a website or App store and a small application will download and installed on your device. You will then be placed in a Zoom virtual meeting room. During this test is a good time to take a moment and verify that your camera, microphone and speaker (if you have them) work properly. When you are done with this test, select “Leave Meeting” to exit the video conference, and then close the Zoom application.

A few meeting tips:
Keep your microphone or telephone muted unless you are speaking.
Turn off or remove as many noise distractions as possible from the area (phones, children, fans, radios, and pets).
If using a camera, do not sit with your back to a bright window or you will only appear as a dark silhouette. (You can also turn your camera off if you’d prefer to not be seen)
If using a portable device, steady your camera so the screen image others will see of you will be as sharp as possible.
