Requesting Research Services from Anatomic Pathology Laboratories
The Anatomic Pathology Department of the University of Washington Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center welcome the opportunity to provide numerous services to researchers. Our department currently provides services to many researchers from area institutions, including our own medical centers, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
Services include: Histology, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Cytogenetics, Cytology, Neuropathology, Electron Microscopy, and Molecular Diagnostic tests.
These research services are provided through NWBioSpecimen after study registration documents are complete. NWBioSpecimen, a core facility housed within the Department of Pathology, is a collaborative effort between the University of Washington (UW), Fred Hutch (FH), and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) to facilitate access to well-characterized human research biospecimens.
More information about requesting these research services is provided at the link below.
