Digital Slide Database
Welcome to the University of Washington Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology BRaIN Lab Digital Slide Database. Our database contains over one-hundred-thousand scanned human brain slide images organized by case number. The slides were almost entirely scanned on an Aperio AT2 or Aperio GT450 and are stored as .svs files. The cases are bucketed by thousands for human-usability. The slides are labeled by case number, region, stain, and date scanned. Slide labels are censored or removed to avoid having any donor-identifying information.
