HMC SPS: Deliver to Microbiology as STAT on receipt.
UW-ML: Deliver to Microbiology as STAT upon receipt.
UW-NW: Deliver to UA bench as STAT upon receipt.
Stability: Specimen in UTM is stable for up to 24 hours when stored at room temperature or for up to 7 days when stored at 2 - 8°C.
