UW DLMP Identifies First Human H5N5 Influenza Case - WHO Bulletin

UW DLMP Division of Infectious Disease Diagnostics detected an H5 influenza virus in a patient and, through whole-genome sequencing, identified the first-ever documented human case of influenza A(H5N5).
