ACO April 2015 Awardees

The UW Medicine Pathology Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Committee is pleased to announce that Robert Ricciotti, MD and Nicholas Reder, MD have been selected as the ACO April 2015 Award recipients. Dr. Ricciotti’s project is, “Identifying Pathologic and Molecular Features that Distinguish Enchondroma from Chondrosarcoma”. Dr. Reder’s project is, “A Cost-Effective Microscopic Scanner for Rapid Evaluation of Radical Prostatectomy Specimens”.
All residents/fellows are strongly encouraged to submit applications for the award. The deadline for the August 2015 award is August 1st – a call for applications will be made in July. The ACO Program is funded for up to $20K annually for the next three years with award recipients eligible for up to $5,000 in financial support.
